| No. The rules are in place and are not changeable except when voted on and changed by the Association and as a whole. If, after the Association is turned over to the home owners, they decide as a group to change any of the rules and regulations and the option to adopt new rules & regulations into the Association documents. Until then, all documents and all rules apply to everyone as they are written and are enforceable on everyone living at Wellington Place.
